This marks the beginning of my journey to be a successful designer! (yes designer not an artist lol)



My first hand at using photoshop to combine 2 photos together.


Well the picture given was a dude jumping when we were asked to combine the dude into the sea side background, I decided "hey. Let's not let the dude be jumping like he is in the original piece." so my brain begun to come up with 'out-of-the-box' ideas.

The first thing was.... make him dead. LOL and that's what i did. or TRIED to do.

Tada!





Seems like a problem with perspective again.
Photoshop ain't as simple as it seems but it's fun :P

The tag line just came to me when I finished the dead dude.






This other piece is my creation with illustrator.
We explored on shapes and eventually... a CHICKEN!
We then explored on vines and I came up with FLAMES!

Chicken + Flames = fried chicken.
SO!

Wanted it to be a ad for fried chicken restaurant. ahem ahem

I like the STOP! it really screams attention.
The "we don't care seems to be

too small"
Well it's too late the Photoshop file is gone. hahha only left with the JPEG....








I enjoy working with photos more since there is something for me to start working with instead of illustrator. Illustrator you start from nothing but you get a better satisfaction when you finish it.

I never really tried drawing in my life.




Well I guess there's a first time for everything hahah.



I wou;dn't say it's very nice, but i would say "hey i didn't know i could draw!" It's not that bad right.. RIGHT?! oohh yeeeaaaahh

Draw more!

Realised I have a problem with perspective drawing. hmm gotta research on that.

Top:

The idea was jackets because I am very afriad of the cold. so I decided to 'hide' my name in a bunch of them. I was using the idea of blank spaces to form one of the letters of my name the letter "y". I read in a book about graphic designs and the book was talking about using black spaces so I decided to take it for a spin.

SUDDEN IDEA! maybe I can have a jacket DUMP! ohhh yeeeessssss idea idea. hahaha Will try to draw that tomorrow.

Well I was born on the 21st of June. So sometimes i'm considered a Gemini, sometimes a Cancer. I dunno when or why but yeah sometimes, somewhere. So my idea was to draw one Gemini with CANCER. you know the dying cancer. An idea that came to me during class was to draw 2 guys fishing for crab! guess i might try that.

Discovery: I'm not good at drawing people.

Got distracted by my guitar! Goodness... anyway~~~ This was my first idea. I wanted to make a took box. and have the tools appear as my name. cos I'm a jack of all trades and a messy person. but hmmm seeems like this idea is common. Must not fall under the smoke/water pics.

The people loved the one with the jackets! so yes let's do jackets!
